Border control UI glitch in Terms Query block

Description

When styling the Terms Query block, the Border control under the Block → Styles panel displays a UI glitch. The border slider control appears misaligned and partially overlapped, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add a Terms Query block to a page or post.
2. Select the Terms Name or Term Count
3. Open the Styling settings from the sidebar.
4. Scroll down to locate the Border section.
5. Observe the border control UI; it appears visually broken.

The cause of this is elsewhere, so I'll close this issue. See #72242 (comment)
