To be able to install the @wordpress/block-library package:

Thanks for the issue @bpkennedy. React 19 upgrade work is underway and is being tracked in:

• Upgrading to React 19 #71336

We won't be doing the upgrade per package, so I'd encourage subscribing to that issue, and I'll close this one in its favor.
