Category List Block: dropdown option should show selected / current category when on archive page

Currently, if you add a the Category List block to a category archive template in Gutenberg, then view one of your category archive pages, you will see the dropdown list of your categories and "select category" but it should instead show the current category in the dropdown as the default.
