Details Block: does not have word editing toolbar on title(for changing linked text)

Description

In the case where someone pasts or manually ads a link on the title of the Details block, that doesn't offer the option to change that link in any way.

This was raised here: Automattic/wp-calypso#102490

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add a new page
2. Add a Details block
3. Copy a linked text from anywhere you prefer
4. Paste it within the title of the Details block
5. Try to edit it.

Thank you for raising the issue @Robertght. I was able to reproduce the issue and would like to further explore the possible root cause.

Hey @Robertght, I looked into the root cause and found that the issue is caused by this prop. I tested it by removing the prop, and that enabled the link editing interface to appear.

I also tried tracing which PR introduced this prop and the reasoning behind it, but I wasn’t able to find a clear explanation.

If you are using Gutenberg 20.7 or later, you should be able to use non-interactive formats. See #68741

However, because the summary element itself is interactive, it is not possible to allow interactive elements such as the a element.

I don't think there is a bug in the latest Details block, so I'm closing this issue. Feel free to comment if I've missed something.

If you are using Gutenberg 20.7 or later, you should be able to use non-interactive formats.

Note that this means we still can't use non-interactive elements in WordPress 6.8 because Gutenberg 20.7 will not be bundled with 6.8.
