Comprehensive triage analysis of all 51 open PRs, categorized by type:

Output: PR_TRIAGE_REPORT.md containing:

• Full markdown table with PR link, author, date opened, days open, category
• Summary statistics
• Category definitions
• Detailed analysis notes per category

Motivation and Context

Requested triage of open PRs to understand backlog composition and identify actionable items.

Key findings:

• 61% are documentation PRs (new examples for pnpm, Docker, ASDF, Bazel, etc.)
• Oldest PRs date to 2020 (2000+ days stale)
• 1 spam candidate (Rename restore/README.md to restore/README.md- isim: Önbellek kulla… #1184: garbled title, no meaningful changes)
• 1 security-related PR (Add Recommended Permissions #1536: recommended permissions docs)

How Has This Been Tested?

Each PR analyzed via GitHub API - reviewed title, description, changed files, author info, and PR metadata.
