It appears that GitHub is vulnerable to mass report brigading for repeated bans without a way for human reviewers to flag an account as safe to prevent reoccurrence

My Github account is suspended and reinstated 4 times in 3 weeks. I complied with every requested change, yet my account remains inaccessible, and so are my community-supported projects CS2AC and CS2FOW. @github still hasn’t identified the exact issue. I’m now forced to
