    Phoenix, Arizona. Don’t blame one’s water crises on climate change. The primary problem is our misuse and misallocation of water. Why so many golf courses? It’s a bit lazy and dishonest to attribute every crisis to climate change. Blame greed, incompetence and dysfunction.
