    Chill out if it’s hot out! Go to places like the mall, a library, or find the nearest cooling center if you can’t cool down at home. Make sure you drink plenty of water and watch for signs of heat-illness. More tips⤵️ ready.gov/heat

    If thunder roars stay indoors. Monitor weather alerts, avoid using your phone if it's connected to an outlet, and make sure your pets are safe and cozy indoors with you too.
    Stay safe inside during thunderstorms & lightning. Pay attention to alerts and warnings. When thunder roars, go indoors! Move from outdoors into a building or car with a roof. Avoid concrete floors, and do not lean against concrete walls. Avoid plumbing, including sinks, baths and faucets. Avoid using electronic devices connected to an electrical outlet.
