Challenge
Launch regulated telehealth and e-commerce — prescriptions, controlled substances, video consultations — across multiple markets, each with its own regulations, payments, and logistics, on a startup timeline.
Built
A two-sided marketplace: patient portal with an AI healthcare assistant (13 integrated tools), e-commerce, and prescription management; practitioner marketplace with search, booking, and video consultations. Then abstracted the whole thing into a configurable white-label platform — build once, deploy per market.
Outcome
Live in production serving thousands of patients in 5 languages across multiple markets, with new market deployments a configuration exercise instead of a rebuild.
