Terms of Use

End User License Agreement (EULA) · Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Steven Kleinveld (Skylark) ("we", "us") for the use of the Suite application and the suite.vision website ("Suite"). By downloading or using Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Suite.

This agreement is between you and Steven Kleinveld only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Suite or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Suite on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify Suite except as allowed by law.

2. Subscriptions

Suite offers a set of free environments. Suite Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all environments and future additions.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.

3. Acceptable use

Suite is a web browser and media player. It does not host, provide, or control the websites or content you access through it. You are responsible for the content you choose to view and for using Suite lawfully. You agree:

4. No warranty

Suite is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Suite will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or video source. In the event of any failure of Suite to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Suite, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are our responsibility.

5. Maintenance and support

We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Suite, as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for Suite.

6. Product claims

We, and not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Suite or your use of it, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that Suite fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

7. Intellectual property

Suite, including its design, environments, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. In the event that a third party claims that Suite or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, we, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

8. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Suite. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Third-party terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Suite, including the terms of any website, service, or content you access through it.

11. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated by you or us. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using Suite.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Suite after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
