Chicago Sky Basketball Academy

Chicago Sky Basketball Academy offers training classes, travel teams, and camps & clinics for girls ages 9-18 in Chicago and the Northern Suburbs that focus on building individual skills, basketball IQ, mental preparation, and team connectedness. We provide year-round programming with age-appropriate building blocks across all four seasons: Spring (April & May), Summer (June & July), Fall (September & October), and Winter (November, December, January, and February).

SUMMER GR 5-HS SUNDAY TRAININGS (HYDE PARK) Training Classes

The summer is the best time to work on individual skills. The focus will be on building fundamental skills: lots of ball handling, passing and shooting.

8/18 FUNDAMENTALS CLINIC GR 1-4 (LAKEVIEW) Training Clinics

We are hosting a FUNdamentals clinic on Tuesday, August 18th for 1st-4th grade girls looking to learn and improve on their fundamental skills, such as ball-handling, lay-ups, shooting, and defense! The clinic will take place at Chicago City Day School from 6:30-7:30PM.

Gr 7/8 Fall Teams Teams

The Fall Season is a time to focus on self-improvement, basketball conditioning and preparation for the school winter season. The fee for the Fall 7/8 team is $900. Additionally, all new players are required to purchase a uniform (around $100).

Fall AAU Training 14U-17U "U" Travel Teams

After the first week, athletes may be split into two groups (by age AND skill): JV and Varsity. Fall AAU Training is open to athletes 14U-17U (8th grade to 2027 Seniors) with prior playing experience at the AAU or high school level.

THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE WILL BE USED AS AN EVALUATION PERIOD. Coaches will determine the appropriate level for each player that'll ensure they receive guidance and instruction best suited to their skill level.
