Lizzi Albert

Lizzi Albert is CLIR’s community relations manager. She supports outreach, sponsorship, membership, and CLIR’s publications program.

Lizzi contributes to grant administration by tracking grantee data and preparing reports. She serves as the team’s expert for communications and data management. She also collaborates on outreach, press releases, website updates, and conference participation.

Outside CLIR, Lizzi teaches Shakespeare and co-directs Perisphere Theater in Maryland.

Sharon M. Burney

Sharon M. Burney is a program officer at CLIR, supporting the Digitizing Hidden Collections and Recordings at Risk grant programs.

She leads outreach, webinars, site visits, and public engagement, and manages the full grant application cycle. Sharon also hosts CLIR’s Material Memory podcast.

With deep experience in academic and community support, she is a poet and organizer dedicated to civil rights and the African diaspora.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Jane Larson

Jane Larson is a senior program associate at CLIR, supporting the Recordings at Risk and Digitizing Hidden Collections grant programs.

She engages with applicants and grantees, provides technical support, and designs webinars and resources to guide the grant process. Jane also monitors reports and supports compliance and review activities.

Her background is rooted in higher education and community-building.

Alyson Pope

She handles the entire grant cycle, from application design to panel coordination, awards, and reporting.

Alyson also supports proposals and analyzes trends to strengthen future programs.

She previously served for a decade in academic libraries, specializing in research support and instructional design.
