Replace box.com test email domains with boxdemo.com in Shield Lists and Sign Requests tests to remove box.com usage

Update test email domains to boxdemo.com in Shield Lists and Sign Requests tests. Regenerate metadata and lockfile. See src/test/shieldLists.test.ts and src/test/signRequests.test.ts.
