Localization of the RO:M UI Commands

1. Make a fork of this git repo.
2. Edit the file in JSON Format. "english-text": "your-translation"
3. Commit your changes and make a pull request to the master branch.
4. Include your discord under the description during pull request so I could give you at least a few award for helping out.
