Powershell Gallery Contact Us does not Send a Copy of Request to Email

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Contact Us - powershellgallery.com/policies/Contact

Fill out Subject Line, Message for Support with the request.

Select Send me a Copy

There is no email that I recieved which has a copy of the request, there is no way to know if the request was created properly or acknowledged.

Expected behavior

I expect to recieve an email with a copy of the request I submitted.

Actual behavior

I don't recieve any email, I checked my spam, junk, etc. and I haven't received anything, there is no way to know if my request was sent.
