The Office of the Governor has launched the Single Audit Reporting Portal (SARP) for submitting 2025 FYE Single Audit Reports and Single Audit Exemption Forms.

NOTE: You must log in to the Single Audit Reporting Portal using one of the following options:

• An eGrants account that is linked to the grant for the Single Audit submission
  • If you have an eGrants account linked to your grant, use those credentials to log in.

or

• A Single Audit Reporting Portal (SARP) account
  • If you do not have an eligible eGrants account, you'll have to register for a SARP account by clicking the Register as a new SAR portal user option on the SARP log in page.

Requests for confirmation of grant payments from the OOG (audit confirmation letters) should be sent to the OOG Financial Services Division (FSD).

Requests via email are preferred and should be submitted to: accounting@gov.texas.gov. If email is not feasible, requests may be made in writing to the following address:
