the documentation for Vin
One product. One catalog. Every face generated from it.
Vin is one product — the automotive capability model, a single queryable catalog of typed descriptors. Every face is a representation of it: this documentation, the SDK, the CLI, the MCP server, the price list, the doors. Because they are generated from the same rows, they cannot drift. The agent reads the same record you do.

Where the machine surfaces live
The machine-readable quartet — agents.json, openapi.json, /pricing, and
llms.txt — lives at the API origin's root (apis.vin), not on this site.
docs.vin documents those surfaces; it never re-homes them, and it never restates
posted figures. Pricing is posted at
apis.vin/pricing; this site links to it.
The reference only ever shows what the catalog declares — live, sandbox, or
declared — and it declares the truth about itself. This page and every page
under it renders itself: its typography, its search, and its code proofs load
from this origin alone. A records office whose own pages go dark when a supplier
has an outage is not a system of record.
