Presenton documentation versions
Use the current documentation unless you are operating an older pinned release. Each archived version is a frozen snapshot of the guidance, API reference, configuration, and behavior documented for that release. It is not updated when the current product or documentation changes. Check the installed release before choosing a version because settings, endpoint payloads, provider support, and interface labels can differ between snapshots. How archiving works
- The version selector defaults to the current release so new deployments receive the latest supported guidance.
- Promoting a new release moves the previous release into
archive/without changing its version-specific links. - Archived releases remain selectable and keep the API references, settings, and workflows documented for that version.
- Current corrections and feature changes are not copied into archived documentation.
- Match the documentation version to the installed Presenton image or release before following deployment, configuration, or API instructions.
- Review the current release notes, back up persistent data, and verify critical workflows before upgrading an older deployment.
