Andrew Ng co-developed Latent dirichlet allocation to model collections of discrete data through a generative probabilistic process. He is an Adjunct Professor of CS at Stanford University and the founder of DeepLearning.AI, LandingAI, and AI Fund. His research in ML and RL includes the creation of ROS for robot software standardization and the development of spectral clustering algorithms. Ng formerly led the Google Brain project and served as VP and Chief Scientist at Baidu. He is a co-founder and chairman of Coursera and previously directed the Stanford AI Lab. Ng completed his MS at MIT and his PhD at UC Berkeley.
