WikiTree's unique system enables us all to collaborate on one shared tree without sacrificing privacy. Every profile has its own independently-managed Privacy Level and "Trusted List". The profiles on which you're trusted comprise your "Watchlist."
We have some tools to make multiple changes to privacy options and Watchlists at the same time.
- Bulk Privacy Level Changes: Use this form to change the Privacy Level on profiles you are managing.
- Bulk Watchlist/Trusted List Changes: Use this form to add or remove yourself or someone else from many Trusted Lists at the same time. This is the best way to reduce a Watchlist.
- Bulk Profile Manager Changes: Use this form to add, replace, or remove someone as a Profile Manager on profiles that you are currently managing. This does not remove the person from Trusted Lists.
