The regulations contained in this article supplement the schedule of regulations as specifically indicated in the Schedule.[1] Where the Town Board or Planning Board is required to act upon a plan of development, no permit shall be issued except for building in conformity with such approved plan, and no certificates of occupancy shall be issued until all of the requirements of this article, including those required by the Town Board and Planning Board under the provisions of this article, have been met.
