I read literally hundreds of books a year - between books for myself, homeschooling young ones, and family read-a-louds. This book light is my absolute favorite. I have owned 4 of them over the years (left one in a hotel, used one so much the clip rotation had to more stay so it flopped around, and two so one never has to leave my bedside nor the current read-a-loud).

Optimal battery life -a really long time. The indicator lights are accurate. Charging via USB is very easy and quick.

The color options are nice to have, though all of mine mostly live in amber. It is easy to cycle through options when a different color light is preferred.

Brightness options are perfect. Not an overwhelming amount of choice, but enough that every family member can use the light to their preferred brightness for the time and space they are reading.

Of note- this book light is so compact it is easy to store or travel with. And thanks to the long battery life, charging while on the go isn't necessary!

These little lights are the perfect size for reading. They have different brightness levels and different light colors so you can adjust to any situation. I own three of them, and they are easily chargeable with a USB port. Small enough to pack anywhere but big enough not to lose. We love that the head can swivel so no matter whether you are sitting at a desk or lying in bed the light is always on your reading material. The quality is great and the area where you attach it to the book is very sturdy. Will probably buy more in the future.

I bought this book light with a “just give it a try” mindset to use as a nursery night light, and it turned out to fit my needs really well. For example, it offers three light color options and five brightness levels. It has three separate physical buttons (not touch controls) for color, brightness, and power, which makes it feel more reliable and precise to use.

It also remembers the previously selected color and brightness, so you don’t have to readjust it every time you turn it on—that’s very convenient. Another nursery light I bought before required me to reset it each time, which was quite annoying. Plus, this light lasts a long time on a single charge.

I love this light and use it every night when reading. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was the fact that it is too easy to turn on when packed in a suitcase or purse. I recently took it on a flight and when I took it out of my purse I saw that it was on and had gone from a full charge down to three battery indicator lights. This isn’t the first time that has happened. Aside from that, I love the size, adjustability, and the fact that it is rechargable.

This Glucusent Book Reader is an improvement over the first generation model. The battery capacity has been doubled, and there are controls for both light color (warm to cold) and several intensity levels (lumen levels from bright to dim). Bought for my wife, and ahe is very pleased with it. It takes getting used to, because no additional lamp is required. Helps to read more clearly with the light exactly where it is needed, on the page! Highly recommend it! For the money, it is well designed, well built, and a great value.

This Glocusent USB Rechargeable Book Light is just amazing! It is so light and easy to use and the multiple settings for brightness and color temperature make it so helpful for my visually impaired wife to read more easily. Especially when it is older books with yellowed paper and lighter print, being able to change the brightness and color temperature helps her to find just the right setting to see the words clearly. Thank you for a great product and I will be buying a second one for myself!

This little light is the perfect size for late night reading. It folds up into compact size. The different light colors helps depending on your eyes and the light being able to twist helps make sure you can read all of the page without difficulty. Also three levels of brightness. The price is reasonable for all you get with it.

Me ha gustado mucho, he viajado con la lámpara y me ha durado muchísimo la pila, se acomoda muy bien a los libros o e-readers. Tengan cuidado con los libros de pasta suave si son delicados porque puede dejar una ligera marca.

Mycket nöjd med denna lampa även om jag bara haft den en kort tid. Min förra lampa lyste för starkt och i ett vitt ljus. Jag köpte denna för att framförallt kunna lysa med svagare ljusstyrka men även varmare ljus. Det gör den bra även om det svagaste ljuset också lyser en del. Att lampan fälls ihop smidig och är trevligt. Den sitter bra på boken och går att rikta bra. Ingen sladd behövs till att ladda utan lampan har en USB-A kontakt under ett lock, och pluggas in i ett USB-uttag för att laddas. Fördelen är att ingen sladd behövs, men man är begränsad till USB-A kontakter.

Outstanding product. Really sturdy (withstanding both my 3 year old and 1 year old yanking it off my book and playing with it), different brightness and tone options for every time of day while not being over complicated, perfectly attaches to all my books without it being annoying and can always find the perfect angle for it to illuminate the page. It’s easy to charge as it doesn’t need a wire and even though it gets used for at least an hour everyday, I’ve probably had to charge it 3 times in the last 6 months. I’m about to purchase a second one for my husband to stop him from stealing mine all the time. Highly recommend and worth the price.
