We were getting ready to celebrate 100 team members in Poland. Then the team kept growing. Five years after opening our Gdańsk office, we’re 110 people strong. But the story isn’t simply one of headcount. It’s a story of people asking questions, sharing what they know, stepping up and helping one another tackle difficult problems. In five years, our team has celebrated: 🎉 9 internal promotions 👶 7 new arrivals welcomed into our extended family ☸️ 29 Kubernetes certifications earned 💍 9 weddings And behind those milestones are some equally impressive numbers: ☕ 32,000 cups of coffee brewed 🍫 17,000 candy bars enjoyed 🍎 689 kg of fruit consumed 🍕 200 pizzas shared We’ve also received 6,590 job applications - a number that makes us excited about what the next five years could bring. Each number tells a small part of a much bigger story: a team learning, growing and building something together. We’re incredibly proud of what our colleagues in Poland have made possible in five years. And at 110 people and counting, it feels as though we’re only getting started. 🇵🇱 Want to be part of the next chapter? See where you could make a difference: https://hubs.la/Q04wV2280

Graphcore has been recognised with a 2026 Fast Payer Award from Good Business Pays, and it’s the reason behind the award that we’re particularly proud of. Only around 10% of large UK companies pay their suppliers quickly enough to receive this recognition. For small businesses, being paid promptly can make a real difference to cash flow and payroll. That recognition belongs in large part to our Accounts Payable team: Pete Woods, Natalie Butler, Samantha Rawles and Rachel Perks. It’s work that often happens quietly: getting approvals completed, resolving queries and making sure invoices are processed on time. But doing those things well is one of the practical ways we can treat the businesses we work with fairly and considerately. Natalie and Sam recently joined our VP of Finance, Jamie Falconer, at the House of Lords to represent the team and Graphcore at a reception celebrating this year’s winners. Congratulations to Pete, Natalie, Sam and Rachel - and thank you to everyone across Graphcore who helps make their work possible. #PayDontDelay
