Questions

What counts as an "MRO query"?

One call to /api/mro/search or @mro <query>. Rerank, bad-case submission, and metadata lookups don't count. If you exceed 2,000 on Business, overage is $0.02 / query — transparent in /usage.

Can I bring my own LLM API key (BYOK)?

Yes, on Pro and Business. Keys are stored in encrypted secret storage, never logged. Routing rules respect your key — we pass through to your upstream account and only charge our skill fee.

Do credits expire?

No. Top-up credits never expire. Monthly subscriptions (Pro / Business) reset MRO quotas each billing period, but any pay-as-you-go balance you have rolls over forever.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel anytime from /billing. Unused credits refundable within 30 days. No phone calls, no retention screens.

Is there a free trial for Business?

We give you 14 days full access on request — email us with your work domain. We'll reply within a business day.

Self-hosting?

On the roadmap for 1.0 (zeroski CLI, late 2026). The skill runtime will be Apache-2 licensed. Trace engine and bad-case retraining stay hosted.
