my intention isn't to break things every update, if you're having recurring issues with settings resetting you could try using the latest nightly version https://wiki.chatterino.com/Help/#what-is-nightly-and-how-to-use-install-it
it has some improvements to setting stability
setting stability is something we're looking to improve but it's hard to test and be sure we've actually improved it, so we rely on people who have it happen often to report whether we've actually improved things
we also save backups for you, but they can get overridden quickly if you don't realize your settings are reset, see https://wiki.chatterino.com/Settings/#files for a little bit of info
Quest Helper's optimal quest order is a copy of the wiki's optimal quest order, but you'll miss out on some extra context without the wiki (like where to do some skilling, get lamps etc).
There's always a chance Quest Helper's order is outdated, but if that happens you can always make a issue report on their GitHub
