Seconding what was said here, A post on Chief Delphi may get you some better traction, however you might consider looking at competitions and working backwards.

If attending an event is important to your son the only 2026 event in the US that does not happen during Shabbat is the Gotham regional in NYC. It's a new event this year and part of a back-to-back event with the NYC regional immediately following. As of now, I do not see any Florida teams registered for it.

Also understand that events in the US that don't conflict with Shabbat are exceptionally rare.

Thus it would appear your challenge is two-fold - first, finding a team that is Shabbat-observant in South Florida (or at least allows you to observe Shabbat and still meaningly participate on the team), and second, finding an event that is timed appropriately to allow your son to attend and/or participate.

(Forgive me as I don't know the specifics of the rules that may apply to attending an event during Shabbat.)

In terms of next steps, I am not from South Florida and I don't know of any resources to send you to, however, you might want to start with your FLL Program Delivery Partner as they are clearly cognizant of the situation and may be able to put you in contact with other parents in a similar situation.
