Duties and Responsibilities: • House manage at various events throughout the semester (one per month outside of all staff events) • Operate box office for ticketed events at the theater, • Take tickets at theatre entrance • Assist patrons to their seats • Distribute programs • Reset the house following a performance for next event • Set up special events • Must be able to work some evenings and weekends • Must be eligible for work study Qualifications: • Customer service experience preferred • Theater experience preferred • Ability to communicate clearly with patrons in person and over the phone • Must be able to work independently All Work Study Positions will earn minimum wage. Staff members earn their hours by signing up to work events.
