  1. Remove the unused use-loader extension and related methods 

    It's sole purpose is to load loader commands and alias `require`
and `load` methods to use the loader commands, which can be achieved by
executing `irb_load|irb_require` too.

But more importantly, it's been broken since at least version 1.2.0 (2019)
and no user reported issues about it. So I think it's safe to declare it
a dead feature and remove it.
