On 23 October 2025 SSH hosted a Capital Markets Day which included presentations from our leadership team and other key personnel as well as our strategic partner Leonardo S.p.A.

Following the announcement of SSH's strategic partnership with European defense, aerospace and security company Leonardo S.p.A., CEO Rami Raulas and CFO Michael Kommonen hosted a conference call on 1 July 2025.

SSH strategy

The aim of SSH’s strategy is to deliver strong growth based on our core assets by monetizing them more efficiently.

We are also accelerating our transition from license and support services sales to a recurring- revenue business model, which we expect will provide more stable revenue in the long term.

 

Corporate governance & management structure

SSH implements a one-tier governance model, in which the management of the SSH Group is the responsibility of the General Meeting of shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the CEO assisted by the Executive Management Team. Duties are defined by the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and the company’s articles of association.
