This repo's README links to an outdated NextCloud admin doc

This repo's README links to "stable" docs, at https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/stable/admin_manual/windmill_workflows/index.html,

However, the "latest" server docs are here: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/windmill_workflows/index.html

That's a very material issue:

• The "stable" docs direct users to integrate Windmill by installing the Flow app. The Flow app is deprecated and points to this repo as its replacement. If this repo in turn points back to the Flow app, that's confusing/self-referential.
• The "latest" docs clarify that the Flow app is indeed deprecated and that several manual steps are needed in order to integrate Windmill: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/windmill_workflows/index.html

It seems like it'd be a good idea to either update the link in the README, or better yet add an either/or to the README that discusses:

• Using Flow vs. integration_windmill
• Whether the two are ever expected to be installed together, or should be treated as mutually exclusive.
• The NextCloud 32/33+ situation (Flow works or is recommended for NC 32, but not 33+, I think?)

Stable is still on NC32 but should be updated to 33, I moved the issue to the corresponding repo :)
