During my so seem little or a lot of years here on this planet 🌍 it has come to my ViViD view and experiences that communication is truly something that most of us have an issue with – whether we choose to agree or not.

Firstly, not like people ain’t good at it but it’s to the single fact that most of us have either been brought up by parents or guardians (not to blame them) in a way that’s inducive to the inability to communicate. This later on get manifested in people’s lives to a point most of us don’t really express how they truly feel or opuse one’s thoughts/ideas.

Most of this do result to self doubt, low self-esteem or even mental health problems like depression. It’s quite fortunate and unfortunate that people wear this masks even more comfortably nowadays thanks to social media (not like it’s bad – but you get the heck of it – don’t you?) You need someone to talk to. Some cannot be fully trusted depending on one reason or another, which is totally fine. I trust the fact that once you tell a LISTENING HEART how you feel once in a while and they do also may be of beautiful upholstery to ones soul and spirit.

How do you find a LISTENING HEART? You may ask. Well – to be really genuine with you – it all starts with yourself and your heart – pay close attention to what you love or hate and be clear about it. The next step is venting to someone whom both of you have been there for one another. Whether older or younger – though he/she should have a LISTENING HEART. You’ll be able to tell he/she who does by their response and actions. Be observant. Be keen and vigilant to decipher their words of speech.

Secondly, lack of consistency in communication from parties at matter do result to broken friendships and relationships. It’s frightening even though technology should and is a tool for people to make things easier rather than concrete. Most lives are lived in minds rather than in the actual reality.

I am not against social media – matter of fact I’m grateful it’s this possible to reach a multitude of people at a snap of a finger post. I simply feel like some masters have become slaves to social media that they don’t live they lives without a thought of what how others gone respond to they posts one way or another to a point most fake it just to fit in to a certain level of interest to others. I trust that that’s one of the deepest mental health problem that we have in this current age/era which only a few tend to speak or write about to a point of literally taking initiative to free themselves from such digital slavery (not to ditch your equipments of communication – but you get the point – don’t you?)

A few really care about the people that surround em. And best believe, most are low-key in many ways we overlook. 

This is a ‘messed’ up generation. 

Some boys acting like they some emotionless beings and most of em showing off to they peers how a player they are, or how known he is. They tryna buy girls with stupid things so as to sleep with em or get praised or whatever. 

Some girls outchea ain’t gone talk to you if you ain’t got money or a public fame or if you ain’t ‘cool.’ 
Some individuals are just scared to love due to past events or what they’ve seen or heard…
We’re all different. 

Yes, money is a necessity but if it controls you, then you could have lost yourself thinking you’re in control.  

These days everyone is taking advantage of the other just to pull themselves up. Instead of helping each other without anticipating to get back the same, we compete with one another and we end up hating each other’s success or whatever. 

People are acting like they the only ones in need of a ‘rich life’  in the name of standing out. I don’t know what’s happening but it’s sad hearing or reading that an individual got used and left just cause there’s some ‘greener’ pastures or cause of lost attraction or any valid crazy reason i.e money, looks, background, colour, race, nationality, religion, etc. 

I believe everyone deserves to love and be loved. It somehow brings a self sense of belonging. Yet we outchea all selfish till we hurt those people that would really do anything to help us grow and improve us and vice versa. 

And the day you die, then is when people will come to show love. To talk how positive you impacted their lives. Saying how they miss you and yet when you was alive, you was used or hated or told nothing at all. Sigh!! 

I really feel like this is one reason people, family, nations,  rise and fall.  And yet we yearn for peace. Damn! 

I just write what I feel or gone through but don’t get it twisted. All I got to you who’s reading this is nothing but love. I believe that you can get to where you’re going if you really do what you love and being in good relation to those around or those you’re yet to meet. And sometimes we’re focusing on the destination to a point we forget to enjoy the journey.

Dear Father God, may you use me to write what is right and in accordance to your will. 
Okay, the title is different from what I was planning or thinking but I believe it’s God’s idea. (Yeah!) And that’s what I’m in for. 
So, what are you really in for?? That’s a ‘wide’ and ‘complicated’ question but to me on this side, it’s pretty simple. Why? Because the question is. Because it is straight to the point. Like ‘what are you in for?’ Get it? Like what’s your WHY in all that you do? 
Before you answer the question, ask yourself sincerely. You can even look in the mirror or your selfie phone camera mode ‘thanks to technology.’ Because you know why you do what you do. 

Why are you doing what you’re doing now? Is it cause your family wants you to do it or think it’s best if you do it? Is it what you really want? Or is it money that’s driving you one way or another? Is it cause you’re seeing guys doing it so you wanna do it too? Or you may presumably think that that’s your only option? All these questions come down to one place (YOU). 
I won’t tell you what to do. I will use me as an example, why? Because I am a victim of where you may be from or at or heading to. I’m doing lots of things that to my mind seems good and right but and before I do em, I pray to God to show and tell me if it is actually right. (something I used to think it’s not important till I learned and experienced the power of prayer. But it’s neither hard nor easy.) and I tell you, he really does respond. Otherwise I’d not be writing this. 
Then every time I used to do something I’d be happy for a minute then after another I am not. Or something happens that makes me question my path and sad enough, my God. I thought I was in control of all this things till I came to realisation through God who came to me as family, friends, internet, my actions, my doings, my body, my everything. He just made me see the light, how? If you’re a Christian or may have a Bible with you, kindly open it to in the book of Romans 12.2 which states in the RSV version :-

“Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

That’s my why that’s I’ve been looking for for more than 20 years. And believe you me I  came across it everyday but it only hit me and I accepted it yesterday. It’s a blessing that that verse changed my life and it’s perspective till now. And I thank God, why? I BELIEVED IT AND IT BECAME TRUE. 
Imagine if one verse can change your life and if you believed it. Big question is WHAT  IS IT  YOU BELIEVE IN THAT has MADE YOU  REACH WHERE  YOU ARE ? 

I’m not saying you have to believe in God or the Bible, but if you’re a Christian, what is it or who do you believe in? 

Well, what I’m asking you is, what are you really in for? And you’ve got to keep in mind that there’s always a consequence on everything you believe in. And to me I’m willing to die believing and spreading God’s word. And I will do it for free and by any means which is right by God because he will and is leading me. I believe. Strongly. That’s why I have quit some things things like doing what they think is right for me or what I think is right for me and still praying believing that God may reveal himself to me and help me see his warning ⚠ and advices by any means. Why? Because it’s for his reason that I’ve seen today. He and him alone giveth life. And only him taketh. (Deep.)

Your family and friends always claim they care about you. Which is true, they care. But it’s sad cause at that moment when they tell you they do, is when they do care. Other times they just care about themselves. You cannot control or change that. Why? Because that’s human trait. And when God made man, he made him in his image and likeness and he saw it was good. Only thing you can do is tolerate that. And let it be. 


They may talk about you when you’re not around. Depending on what they talk about, does that really mean they care? Whether positive or negative talks. To me that’s gossiping. I am not really about what anyone may call it but what I chose to believe is that it’s gossiping. Do you know the meaning of gossiping? Yeah, me too. 

Later during my short visit on earth, I came to realise that there be only four people who deeply cares about you. The fast one is the latter of that previous statement, the second one is Your creator, the third one is the Son and the fourth one is The Holy Spirit. 

So, before you get disappointed or pissed off that no one cares about you, ask yourself, do they really care? Of course they do. Otherwise they won’t be talking to you. One thing you need to take note id that their care fluctuates like yours.

We all have friends right? But we tend to not know who our real friends are. So, today I want to break it down a bit for you in this article. I believe you’ll find it helpful one way or another. 

Okay, to me a friend is in relative to my mom. What do I mean? Why I’m I comparing or relating a friend to my mom? Reason is, my mom is my ride or die. She’s crazy in an awesome way to a point she rather share the less food she has with me. Or at times she can pretend she’s okay just for me to have it all. But when she does that, I’ll know she’s upto something. Why? That’s unreal, that’s not her true self. Why? She’s human just like you and I. And since she can do that for me, why is it hard for us to be someone’s ‘mom’? hmmmm 

Okay, it’s something you learn, to get the right friends you need to be the right one. It always has to start with you. What do I mean? Hahaha you know what I mean. No need to explain. 
You’ve got to be so true to yourself to the point where the right people will be true to you. Be real and you’ll attract real. So imagine if you’re pretending! Hehe I ain’t saying you are. Now you’re thinking 💭 crazy 😜 and it’s funny 😂. 
One thing I’m learning everyday is that I have to stay put to whatever. Why?? 😂 

This is because people change, I change, you change but you’ve got to be smart enough to spot the difference. Now that term is taking me back to them days when I was young and we were given a photo of two pics or more and told to spot the difference. Dead. That may seem out if topic but trust you me, it’s not. Lol. I’m serious yo!! 😂 
It’s life. Be the best friend you want or need and wait see the magic happen. I’m on this phase daily and it’s like watching a movie or cartoons to the like of Tom and Jerry. My favorite cartoon ever. Don’t ask why. I know you know that I know you know. Lol. 
Friends can affect you positively or negatively, you’re the deciding point. So be alert ⚠ and be assertive to tell them when they choose any of the two. And you’ll be the best friend anyone would wish for. Just like my MAMA. Haha I implied nothing. But you get my point right? Exactly.
