Accessibility
Millions of people use Luma every day, across many devices, ages, backgrounds, and abilities. We want the platform to work for all of them, and making Luma accessible is something we care about and work on continuously.
Our Approach
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a checkbox. As we design and build features, we try to make sure the core experience works well with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and other assistive technologies on web, iOS, and Android. That includes discovering events, registering, checking in, and hosting.
When we fall short, we want to know about it so we can fix it.
Reporting an Issue
If you run into an accessibility issue, or if any part of the site isn't working or reachable for you, please contact us with:
- The page or screen where the issue happened
- Your device, browser, or app version
- The assistive technology you're using, if any (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, etc.)
- A screenshot or short recording, if you can
Specific reports help us reproduce the problem and ship a fix quickly.
Formal Certifications
Luma doesn't have a formal WCAG conformance report (VPAT) or Section 508 certification. Our focus is on making the product genuinely easy to use for everyone, and we iterate on the real experience rather than optimizing for a certification.
