Note: packages can depend on one another and other published code but not on any other code in this repository.

Package checklist:

• The package has a LICENSE file.
• The package has a README.md file.
• The package has a CHANGELOG.md file.
• There is a least one team in the CODEOWNERS file that owns the package directory.
• There is a team (not an individual!) owning the package name in the package registry.
