Not able to download WordPress from the org website | WordPress.org

I have been trying to download wordpress files from here: https://wordpress.org/download/ by clicking on Download WordPress [latest_version] button but it keeps on failing. I have tried from different browsers and systems but it’s showing the same error every time. This seems like a big issue. Will appreciate any help on this.

It seems like the website just got updated. I’m closing it now.

This usually happens due to a temporary server or network issue. Try clearing your browser cache, disabling any download managers/VPN, or switching to a different network/mobile hotspot. You can also try downloading the ZIP from the WordPress release archive. The issue is usually fixed after some time, so trying again later often works.

Are you trying to download from home or work?

Try to use another browser and in private/incognito mode.

2. Private Browsing – Use Firefox without saving history
