Can this plugin apply to previous posts and future dated posts?

    Thanks for reading this, this plug-in looks fantastic.
    We’re looking to move away from a deprecated custom header plug-in but face 2 concerns I was searching for an answer on.

    1. Will this plugin update the header of >1000 previous categorized posts?

    2. We’re leaving the old one because it did not function with future scheduled posts. Will Unique Headers work for categorized posts with a future date?

    1. There’s no limit. It works on a per post basis, so if your site had millions of posts, then this plugin could work on all of them.

    2. Yes, it works for posts scheduled into the future.

    Which plugin were you using previously? I’m confused as to why there would be such limitations.

    We were using one by Nicasio Design that was deprecated probably 5 years ago. It wasn’t on the approved plug-in list so we’re hoping this will take its place! Now to figure out how remove the old one without doubling up on headers. Thanks for the prompt reply, Ryan

    Unless that plugin was doing something seriously weird, you should be able to just deactivate one and activate the new one.

    Okay great, if there wont be a conflict between their old custom headers (was a per post basis) and these custom headers applying to the same posts by category then that sounds simple enough!
