Meet Featured ACM Distinguished Speaker Geeta Chauhan
Geeta Chauhan is AI Practice Head and CTO at Silicon Valley Software Group. She has built and launched platforms and applications based on AI/deep learning, cloud computing, blockchain, internet of things, Kubernetes and Mesos Clustering, data pipelines for real-time and offline analytics, software defined networking, micro-services, self-healing, and elastic scaling. Geeta received the Women in IT Silicon Valley CTO of the Year 2019 award. She speaks on topics ranging from AI and deep learning to ethics in AI, blockchain, and IoT.

Meet Kim-Kwang Raymond Choo
Kim-Kwang Raymond Choo holds the Cloud Technology Endowed Professorship at the University of Texas at San Antonio. His research interests include blockchain, big data analytics, cybersecurity and digital forensics. His awards include the 2019 IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing and being named a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society. He is an ACM Distinguished Speaker and an IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitor. Choo is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the new ACM journal Distributed Ledger Technologies: Research and Practice (DLT).
Meet Rosa Badia
Rosa M. Badia is the Manager of Workflows and Distributed Computing at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). She has authored/co-authored more than 150 publications in international conferences and journals. In addition to having been involved in several international research projects at the European level, she is currently the principal investigator of the Enabling dynamic and Intelligent workflows in the future EuroHPC ecosystem (eFlows4HPC) project. She was recently elected as Vice Chair of the ACM Europe Council.

Vicki Hanson on How Women Are Reshaping Computing
In her blog post for Computer Weekly's WITsend blog, ACM President Vicki Hanson discusses ACM's all-female leadership team, how diversity is helping to redefine what a computing professional is, and how the digital world is expanding career opportunities for non-technical people. "While most will not become expert, basic skills will be required for them to be effective in their careers and to deal with the myriad of online offerings for communication, entertainment, retail, and government services," she says.
2020-2021 Ambassadors for ACM Grand Prize Recipients
ACM congratulates Neil Croll, the Lead Enterprise Architect at ON Semiconductor, who won the 2020-2021 Ambassadors for ACM Grand Prize, a Google Pixel Slate. Winning the 2nd Grand Prize (Apple AirPods Pro) was Vagisha Jain, Executive Board Member, UPES ACM and ACM-W Student Chapters, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.
