A fully refundable deposit is your first step to being a part of Austin FC's inaugural season.

What is a Membership?

A Membership gains you access to all regular season home MLS matches as well as exclusive member only events and additional member only privileges that will be announced later.

Why should I place a Membership deposit at 10am on June 12th?

A Membership deposit reserves your place in line to purchase available Memberships with Austin FC for the inaugural season. The sooner you place a deposit the sooner you will be able to select your seat location.

Is the Membership deposit refundable?

Yes. You can request and receive a FULL refund of your deposit once seat locations are made available. Requests for refunds will not be processed until the seat selection process begins.

What are the Membership prices?

Membership prices will be announced when the seat selection process begins. Anyone who places a deposit will receive pricing information before purchasing their Memberships.

What is the cost of a Membership deposit?

General seating Membership deposits and Supporter section Membership deposits are $50 per account. Premium seating Membership deposits are $100 per account.

What is the difference between Premium seating, Supporter section, and General seating?

Premium seating includes Memberships with additional benefits, access to all-inclusive club areas, and parking. The Supporter section Membership will be a general admission, safe standing section in the south end—those in the supporter’s section will be standing during the entirety of the match. General seating includes Memberships to seats in designated locations in the lower level, upper level, and north end.

How many deposits do I need to purchase?

Only one deposit is required regardless of the desired number of seats. When you purchase your deposit, you’ll be asked how many seats you anticipate purchasing. For example, if you wish to reserve 4 general seat Memberships your deposit will be a total of $50.

Do I have to purchase a deposit to buy Memberships?

Yes.

Will the Membership deposit act as a credit towards my overall Membership cost?

Yes, the deposit purchased will be credited to your account and applied towards your 2021 Membership.

When do I select my seating location?

Everyone who places a deposit will receive information regarding the seat selection process as it becomes available. Specific Membership locations are not guaranteed by placing a deposit. The sooner you place a deposit the sooner you will be able to select your seat location.

What if I am interested in a suite?

How many Memberships will I be able to purchase if I put down a deposit?

Each deposit will have a limit of up to eight (8) Memberships. If you have questions about this limit or need more than eight seats, please contact 512-572-8932.

Is there anyone else I can contact If I have other questions about placing a deposit?

I want to sit together with friends.

We encourage groups of individuals who wish to sit next/near each other to place their deposits at similar times. Once you place your deposit you will receive a unique referral link that will allow you to notify members within your network of your purchase.

How can I change my deposit preference from Premium to General or General to Premium?

If you are unsure of your seating preference, it is recommended that you place a premium deposit as the premium seating assignments will begin prior to general seating process.

Where can I place my deposit?

It is strongly encouraged to place your deposit at AustinFC.com using a valid credit card. However, if you wish to place a cash deposit you can visit the Austin FC offices at 1835-A Kramer Lane Suite 600, Austin, TX 78758 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday and meet with a representative.

What happens after I place my deposit?

You will receive a confirmation email from letsgo@fevo.com within 48 hours. If you have additional questions, please call 512-572-8932 or email memberships@austinfc.com. Leading up to your seat selection, you will receive additional information regarding the next steps.

Can I change the approximate number of seats I selected?

Yes. The selection you made was an approximation. Your final number of seats will be determined when you select your seating location. If you would like to change the number of seats prior to selection, please contact 512-572-8932 or email memberships@austinfc.com.

What is ‘The 27’?

To commemorate Austin FC as the 27th club in MLS, the first 27 people to select their seats will be randomly selected. Everyone who puts a deposit down by August 27th will be entered in a lottery to win the opportunity to be the first 27 people to select seats.
