    In MLS, domestically, there are 3 trophies up for grabs every year, just like most other leagues. Why people refuse to acknowledge this is astounding to me. All 3 have their history & merits. Go for all and celebrate any you capture! (If we don’t agree on this don’t @ me) ✌️

    Maradona was Tevez + Messi divided by Keith Richards. Mercurial, problematic, poetic, iconic and all unadulterated passion all the time. There was no compromise on or off the pitch. I can’t help but love those types of people. RIP

    Trust me, I definitely get the sadness. But I've had to put things in perspective to get through this year on a personal & professional level. And I want to be done with 2020 as much as the next person. But we gotta put it all in context. This is NOT a normal year for anyone. 2/2

    And I'm not saying I'm not disappointed or don't feel like we missed a chance. Trust me, I know. I thought this was going to be a special year for . I even thought it would be special for me as a part of LAFC but COVID took that too. So I understand the sadness... 1/2

    Look, I'm not one to praise any team from the Pacific Northwest, but I think some of you are underestimating how good this Sounders team is - Lodeiro, Ruidiaz, Morris, Joao Paulo are killers. They all played well individually and collectively tonight.

    FT: 3-1 . Seattle was more comfortable. Created nearly all the dangerous chances. Had more quality. And their best players were all the best players on the night. That's a good recipe for success in the . Tough loss for but Seattle deserved the win.

    MLS has exciting talent, great stadiums (mostly), and has added great coaches as of late. The next big frontier to bring this league up a level has to be officiating. It’s been bad for a while. The are just shining a spotlight on it in 2020.
