Want GitHub to sponsor your next event? Submit your request below with information about your event. You can be verbose, it's ok. We like that.
Once your request is received, someone from our Community team will be in touch asap with details specific to your request and next steps.
You are the heart of what makes our industry unique and amazing. Keep being awesome.
We most frequently sponsor events that benefit developers and the broader tech community. Hackathons, user group meetings, conferences, and educational workshops (like Rails Girls) are all events we like to know about.
Because we receive so many requests, our team asks that you give us at least 3 weeks notice before your event. If you've missed it this year, we're happy to have a look next time.
Depending on the event, it varies. Sometimes we are able to provide financial assistance. Sometimes we can help with an after party or drinkup. Sometimes we will make you cupcakes. It really depends on your circumstance, so let's talk about it.
It's possible! Select "Request use of GitHub HQ" and tell us about your event. If your event is relevant to GitHub, benefits the community, and fits with our schedule then we'll follow up to work out the details.
So maybe you're set for sponsors, but you're looking for a speaker for your event. Let us know! We'd love to talk to you about that, too.
