It's not possible at this time but it definitely would be cool if you could make an embedded timeline of specific tweets.
One way you could somewhat accomplish this is by using a dedicated account and the favorite timeline widget. Have the account favorite the tweets you want displayed on the site (and only those tweets) and the favorite widget will display those tweets in chronological order, newest first.
