Send Us Feedback Where's my magazine? If you're a new subscriber and have not received your first issue or if you are a current subscriber waiting for this month's copy, let us know. How do I cancel my subscription? Just send us mail with your current name and address. I moved! Click here to send us your name and new address. Can someone who lives in Canada subscribe to Wired? Yes, click right here. Can someone who doesn't live in the United States or Canada subscribe to Wired? Yes, click right here. I want to subscribe but not via the Internet. No problem. Here are some other ways to get Wired:
Can I get a copy of an old issue? Most of them are available. (Sorry, our first issue is sold out!) Send us a note and let us know which issue you want. How do I send a letter to the editors? Click here. I've got a comment about an article. Great! Tell us what it is. I've got a question about an article. OK! Ask us, and we'll do our best to answer. How can I find out about writing an article for Wired? These guidelines should give you a good start. How do I submit a finished article for publication in Wired? Keep in mind that Wired is not responsible for unsolicited material: Please do not send original manuscripts or artwork. Email us here. How can I contact the editors of Wired? You can send us mail. You might also want to take a look at the masthead. I've got a great idea for Tired/Wired | Fetish . Excellent. We'd love to hear about it. I've got a great idea for Street Cred | Just Outta Beta . Excellent. We'd love to hear about that too. What about Jargon Watch? We also want to hear new ideas for Jargon Watch, but they go here. I've got something else to say about Wired, and I don't see anything about it here. If you have any questions, comments, or complaints about Wired the paper magazine - not the website - then this is the place to send them. Why aren't your forms secure? Ah, but they are. What we don't do is encrypt the blank forms. There's no need. Your browser sees that it will be submitting the form to a secure server and encrypts what you've typed before sending it to our secure server. (Netscape provides this handy illustration of the process if you're curious.) Of course, if you don't believe that, all you have to do is change "http://www.wired.com" in the URL of any form to "https://www.hotwired.com" and you'll have an encrypted blank form. I tried to use a form on your Web site and it didn't work. That's the kind of problem we want to hear about right away. Send us mail and please tell us the URL of the form you were trying to use and something about what went wrong. Thanks! There's an article missing from the Web site. Let us know which one, and we'll take care of it right away. I tried to go to a page on your site and I got an Address Failed error page instead. Sometimes, the page you're looking for isn't gone, it just moved. If you're trying to use a URL that looks like one of these: http://www.wired.com/3.02/anarticle.html http://www.wired.com/3.02/features/anarticle.html http://www.wired.com/3.02/departments/anarticle.htmlyou can probably find it now at: http://www.wired.com/archive/3.02/anarticle.htmlIf that doesn't help, send us a note, and we'll get back to you. I'm having trouble searching your site. If you can't find an article or if you have any other comments about searching the Wired magazine Web site, let us know what you were looking for and what went wrong. We just might be able to find it for you. I've got something else to say about the web site. We're all ears. (But remember, comments about Wired the paper magazine should go here.) I want to unsubscribe from Wired News. Well, you're sort of far from home, then. Try going over here. Why is it so expensive to subscribe to Wired in Canada? Click here to ask. Can I get a mousepad even though I don't live in the United States? This is a tricky question, you'll have to ask the powers that be. What happened to Wired Ware? Unfortunately it's been discontinued. To register your disappointment write here. Copyright © 1993-2002 The Condé Nast Publications Inc. All rights reserved. Copyright © 1994-2002 Wired Digital, Inc.
