At the end of 2021, I received my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications through iPEC Coaching. These combined certifications allow me to administer an assessment for you that focuses on creating awareness around the energy you bring to day-to-day interactions, including how you are versus how you wish to be. It's a fantastic assessment that allows us to define and quantify your progress and growth as we work together. But it finally hit me, like this Memory post, Tony Hsieh & Zappos is such a big part of my life. RIP Tony Heish. You will be missed. You have changed the life of many, including mine. Without you, I wouldn't have a career that I love. I wouldn't have met all these life-long friends. I wouldn't have found my true self. And I wouldn't for sure have been able to take naps, have true relationships, or have the courage to stick my leg up like that during work. I won't be the same Timmy both professionally and personally if it wasn't for you. Thank you Tony Hsieh, RIP.
