Exceptional talent should never be limited by financial circumstances. Alumni and friends continue to play an important role in helping ensure a world-class Rice education is available for generations of future Owls.
Expanding access. Investing in opportunity. Beginning in fall 2027, the expanded Rice Investment will provide free tuition for students from families earning up to $200,000 annually, making a Rice University education more accessible to talented students from a wider range of backgrounds. This expansion positions Rice among the nation's leaders in access and affordability and reflects our longstanding belief that exceptional talent should never be limited by financial circumstances. Read more on how the expanded Rice Investment builds on Rice's historic commitment to access and affordability, a tradition that began with the university remaining tuition-free for more than its first 50 years. https://bit.ly/4yV9Qbc
