  • Rice360 Global Health Fellow, Ben Balderas, is working to improve healthcare access in the Houston area. Commercially available ostomy bag systems for individuals with stomas rely on single-use consumables, resulting in a higher annual cost for users, especially for those with limited or no insurance.
