Our first 10-Year Research Recap is here. As part of TERA's 10th anniversary, we're looking back at the research that has shaped our understanding of education in Tennessee. This week's recap focuses on postsecondary readiness and brings together key insights from a decade of work. Across studies, we've learned that preparing students for success after high school requires more than a single program or initiative. Strong partnerships between schools, postsecondary institutions, employers, and communities expand opportunities for students. Equitable access to early postsecondary opportunities helps more students see themselves on a path to college and careers. And personalized supports, particularly during the transition after high school, can make a meaningful difference in student persistence and success. The recap includes four actionable insights, highlights from related TERA studies, and additional resources for educators, policymakers, and researchers interested in strengthening postsecondary pathways.
