The average insurance claim cycle is 44 days in 2026. Longest on record. That's a big design problem. Submissions arriving by email with missing data. FNOLs across disconnected channels. Routing logic that lives in one person's head and breaks when they take a week off. Teams manually compensating for what the process should be doing automatically. The instinct is to add AI to speed things up, but it doesn't work that way. Feed a model unstructured, incomplete, badly routed inputs and it produces wrong answers faster. Fixing claim cycles starts one step before the AI layer: structured data capture, automated enrichment, and documented routing rules. Get those right and the AI step is powerful. Skip them and the cycle time doesn't move. ➡️ None of this requires replacing core systems. A structured intake layer sits in front of what you already have. Your policy admin system stays. Your claims system stays. The front door changes. Read the full blog post in the first comment. #Insurance #InsurTech #WorkflowAutomation #ClaimsManagement #Intellistack

You've seen it: another chatbot icon shows up in the corner of your screen, promising to change how you work. You open it. You type what you need. You wait. You get a suggestion...that you still have to go implement yourself. That's bolted-on AI. It sits next to your work. It doesn't do your work. Here's the real test: does it wait for you to ask, or does it just build what you described? When Corporate Counsel Max Brennan needed an NDA routing workflow, he didn't open a chat window and explain it to a developer. He built it: in plain language, inside the platform he already works in, with no IT ticket and no one translating the request for him. Bolted-on AI answers your prompts. AI-native does the building, in the tool you're already in. Watch Max build the full NDA routing workflow from scratch. Link in the first comment. #AINative #LegalOps #CLM #Intellistack

56% of legal teams take a week or more to close a standard NDA. The bottleneck isn't the lawyers; it's the infrastructure underneath them. Email chains for version control. Manual clause reviews with no guardrails. Approval workflows that break every time the usual approver is unavailable. In-house legal teams lose $122 for every hour spent working on contract inefficiencies. 65% of legal practitioners say administrative work is their primary complaint. And 60% of legal team time goes to tasks that aren't strategy, advice, or judgment (citations: Loio and ContractSafe). The CLM category was supposed to solve this, but for most buyers, it hasn't. Almost every business has a document generation tool. And many businesses are dissatisfied with that tool. But switching is a pain, right? Not anymore. For instance, what if we said we could eliminate 80% of the hours it takes to migrate your Conga Composer templates? That's the number Zak Pines, Formstack's VP of Partnerships, puts on the company's Conga migration tool. Templates and field mappings that used to take days now take minutes, because AI trained specifically on Conga's structure does the tedious mapping work instead of a human clicking through hundreds of fields. Greg Brown, CEO of Formstack partner Appluent, backs it up with his own team's experience: the tool cut out weeks of mundane mapping work so his team could get straight to building the automation that actually pays off. The full webinar covers what should trigger document automation, how to avoid getting locked into a platform, and a live demo of Formstack Documents for Salesforce. A 23-page paper application became a live workflow in weeks, not quarters. TASC's proposal process used to run through a 23-page paper application, the kind that gets passed between sales reps, distributors, and clients with edits piling up in the margins. Every handoff was a chance for something to get lost or re-keyed. The workflow that replaced it took weeks to stand up, not the multi-quarter rebuild most teams brace for: a conditional logic form, automated document generation, and integrations tying it into the systems already in place. That timeline matters as much as the outcome. A workflow that takes a year to implement has already cost a team a year of the paper process it was supposed to fix. At Intellistack, AI isn't just native in our platform. Using AI for innovation is one of our corporate values. Onome Okerri displays below the power of using the latest tools to solve for internal and customer support challenges. It shows how much we care about getting customers off on the right foot.
Over the past few months I've been focused on something I'm really passionate about: using AI and automation to improve customer support operations. As a Support Manager at Intellistack, I wanted to solve a problem every support team eventually faces: How do you consistently QA hundreds of support conversations without spending hundreds of hours doing it manually? So I built an end-to-end AI QA system in n8n. Here's what it does: • Automatically selects random solved Zendesk tickets for every support agent. • Collects the full conversation history. • Calculates SLA compliance using business hours. • Uses AI to evaluate communication quality, follow-ups, escalation handling, documentation, and overall customer experience. • Assigns a QA score. • Writes the results directly back into Zendesk. • Logs every review into Google Sheets. • Notifies leadership in Slack only when a ticket requires attention. The biggest impact has been measurable. Our QA process covers: ✅ 19 support agents ✅ 20 QA reviews per agent every month ✅ 380 ticket reviews monthly Before automation, reviewing a single ticket took around 15–20 minutes. That meant between 95 and 127 hours of manual QA every month. Assuming a QA specialist salary of $3,000/month, that's roughly $2,000+ in monthly labour, or nearly $25,000 per year, spent purely on reviewing tickets. Today, that repetitive work is automated. Instead of spending hours reading conversations, calculating SLA breaches, documenting findings, updating spreadsheets, and writing coaching notes, our managers can focus on what actually improves customer experience: • Coaching agents • Identifying trends • Improving processes • Solving recurring customer issues For me, this project wasn't about replacing people. It was about removing repetitive operational work so humans can spend more time making meaningful improvements. This is exactly why I'm excited about AI in Customer Support—not because it replaces great support teams, but because it helps them operate at a level that simply wasn't practical before. #CustomerSupport #AI #Automation #n8n #Zendesk #CustomerExperience #Operations #SupportOps #GenerativeAI #ProcessAutomation

Last week, we talked about the governance gap. 88% of organizations using AI. Only 8% with a framework to govern it. (Post in comments.) Here's where that gap shows up inside enterprise workflows: the step where AI makes a decision and nobody audits it. Traditional software breaks loudly. AI breaks quietly, with a confident answer that happens to be wrong. Evaluations are how Intellistack Streamline catches the drift before it becomes a liability. BEFORE a user flags it. Melody C., Senior Product Manager at Intellistack, lays out how evals work, what they measure, and why they're the quiet infrastructure behind trustworthy AI. Most admissions forms make applicants retype information the university already has. In a recent demo of our Streamline platform, a student enters their name, and the workflow searches Azure (or any other system) before they type another word. Whatever's already on file gets pulled forward: name, email, program. Less retyping for the student, less manual entry for your team. Upload a passport or bank statement next, and the document lands in SharePoint immediately. No separate filing step. No waiting on someone to move it later. This is one piece of a bigger workflow built to flag UK visa refusal risk before an offer goes out. But the small stuff matters too: every field you don't make someone re-enter is one less reason they abandon the application. Watch how it works. 88% of organizations use AI in at least one business function. Only 8% have a comprehensive governance framework to go with it. That isn't a future risk. It's a current liability. AI compliance failures cost organizations $4.4 billion in losses in 2025. Stanford HAI's 2026 AI Index recorded 362 AI-related incidents last year, a 55% increase from 2024. And 63% of organizations that experienced an AI-related breach had no governance policy, or were still drafting one when the breach happened. The governance gap isn't a policy problem; it's an architecture problem. Compliance checkboxes don't catch AI drift. Audit logs that nobody reads don't catch unauthorized data access. What actually catches it is infrastructure that monitors AI decision-making as a first-class operation, not a checkbox at the end of the quarter. Your CRM already has this contact's name, email, and history. Your form still asks for it anyway. Every re-typed field is a chance for a typo, a mismatched record, or a prospect wondering why you don't already know them. Dynamic prefill fixes that. Send someone a secure link tied to their Salesforce record, and their form opens with their data already in it. They confirm what's right and update what's changed. Submit, and it writes straight back to the same record. No double entry. No stale fields. No re-asking a question you already have the answer to. If your forms and your CRM still aren't talking to each other, that gap is where your data quality is leaking.
