The LDAP Phonebook server address used by Poly/HP and Avaya video endpoints will be updated starting 1 September 2026. The address is changing from api.moon.vp.vc to ldap.vp.vc.
For most customers no action is needed for this change.
Which systems are affected? Affected systems are Poly/HP and Avaya endpoints configured to use the LDAP Phonebook from the Pexip Service and not provisioned by the Pexip Service. Provisioned systems have already received the new address (ldap.vp.vc) via our provisioning service, so no action is required.
What action is required? Customers who do not use provisioning must manually update the LDAP Phonebook server address on affected endpoints from api.moon.vp.vc to ldap.vp.vc. Posted on

The public SSL certificate used for the SIP services will be rotated starting 1 August 2026. The new certificate will be signed using the ISRG Root X1 Root Certificate Authority, which has been provisioning to Cisco endpoints since November 2023.
For most customers no action is needed for this change.
Which systems are affected? Affected systems are any service-registered or standalone Cisco devices running Cisco CE or RoomOS software that are NOT provisioned by the Pexip Service and don't have the the ISRG Root X1 certificate installed. For provisioned systems we have already uploaded the new Root CA certificates to those devices via our provisioning service.
