Zaparoo Core v2.16.1 fixes the media-library problems found after v2.16.0. Media updates and database optimization are faster on slow storage, a one-time database update now saves progress after each system, and interrupted media database rebuilds recover on startup. Search also keeps results within the requested media type and filters. Hold mode now stays tied to the card that launched the game, so command cards cannot close the active game or reset its exit countdown. Physical discs that match several indexed copies now prefer a regular release. Optical-drive auto-detection is now off by default because it can conflict with MiSTer physical CD cores; enable it explicitly if you use the drive as a Zaparoo token reader.
